HOW CAN I GET YOU TO SPEAK AT MY SCHOOL?

If you are interested in booking me for a school visit, please contact Josh Redlich at Random House Children's Books:

jredlich at penguinrandomhouse.com or write me through the contact form on this website.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRESENTATIONS RUN?

My presentations generally last a full hour and can run longer if desired. I am happy to do more than one presentation in a day.

WILL YOU DO A WORKSHOP?

Yes. I teach a novel-writing workshop for kids. It can be done at one and two hour lengths. The workshop is geared towards plotting a story from an initial idea and uses popular movies to make it clear and fun.

WHERE DO I BUY YOUR BOOKS?

I like working with local bookstores to bring books into school events.

WILL YOU SIGN BOOKS?

Oh yes, are you kidding? Not only will I sign books, but I will stamp them with Norse runes!

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU REQUIRE FOR A SCHOOL VISIT?

I have a Powerpoint presentation full of exciting artwork and photographs. I bring my own Mac laptop, but I have a flash drive with the presentation in a variety of formats that can be played on a Mac or PC. I do require a projector and screen. Microphones are nice for large crowds, but not necessary for smaller ones. It isn't necessary to supply a Viking helmet; I bring my own.

★ “The setting is rich, the characters well-defined, and the danger ever-paramount. It’s a strong and thoroughly enjoyable start to the Thrones and Bones series.” ─ Publishers Weekly, Starred
